I have no available sessions to complete?
If you have just on-boarded, your coach will reach out to you and will be actively configuring your new program and will make it available as quick as possible. Feel free to drop them a message in app to find out more. If you have just completed a training block and no new sessions have appeared, again, reach out to your coach as they are probably in the process of creating your next block.
I'd like to change my training goal / frequency?
Please message your coach, and they'll be able to chat with you about what you're trying to achieve and provide recommendations. If this means changing your programme, they can arrange this for you.
What do I do if I can’t do an exercise?
Please message your coach and they'll be able to give you a suitable alternative. That's what they're there for!
How do I manage / cancel my ROAM strong subscription?
You can amend, pause or cancel your subscription using the following methods: Log into your existing account using your registered email address at roamfood.com . Once logged in, navigate to the top of the page and click “manage subscription” to make the desired changes. If you do not have an account with us, head over to roamfood.com . Use the email address that is linked to your subscription to create an account, and also create a memorable password. Once you have done this, you will be able to see the “manage subscription” section at the top of the page.
I can't log in to my ROAM strong app
If it's due to your password, please try resetting it. If it's something else - please pop us a message or email (email@example.com), and we'll be able to help you.
I have just purchased a subscription, whats next?
You will receive an email on what to do next to activate your subscription. If you haven't, please check all your email folders. If you still cannot find your on-boarding email, please reach out to us and well get this sorted for you.

I am not quiet sure about my nutritional guidelines
They are just that, guidelines. We have generated them taking into account your training goal plus all of your bio-metrics that you provided. Speak to your coach and they will be happy to give you some more guidance on this. You can also find out more about you guidelines here in a short YouTube video
I’m not hearing back from my coach, what do I do?
Drop us a message in the chat (bottom right) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get this sorted as soon as possible for you. It's really important to us that your coach is on hand to guide you and answer any queries you have.
