Refund policy
Returns Policy:
Roam bars are built for health and function, consisting of just 5-6 all-natural ingredients, with no artificial preservatives, flavours, sweeteners or added sugar. It's as close to real food in a bar that you can find. However, with this level of functionality, we understand that the taste can sometimes not be for everybody
If you feel that strongly about returning your order due to a taste issue in exchange for a refund, we will happily honour this.
To help you find your favourite fuel risk-free, we offer a full refund on your first order, capped at the value of 12 bars. For larger returns or subsequent orders, we are happy to refund any items that remain unopened and in their original condition.
Return shipping and handling in the UK is charged at £3.60 & minus from your return value.
EU Returns are charged at the cost of return shipping & minus from your return value.
We have a 14-day return policy. This is from the day of delivery of goods & constitutes starting the return via our customer portal. This is due to our products having a limited shelf life.
Subscription:
Unfortunately we are only able to accept returns on subscription orders that are either damaged or faulty. In this instance, we will happily offer a full refund or issue a replacement order free of charge immediately. We are unable to cancel subscription orders that have been processed.
To try and avoid unwanted orders you will receive a notification email 3 days prior to your order being processed giving you the option to either pause, manage, or cancel your subscription. Please visit the manage my subscription portal for more information.
Company:
We want to be transparent about the fact that Roam is a very small company, that is truly committed to making better, healthier products for our customers. We do not have huge budgets for wasted product, and legally cannot re-sell products that have been opened. With this in mind, we are asking you to please be considerate in your approach. In Layman’s terms please do not take the piss 😁.
The technical stuff:
We will refund you in full once we have received your order back into our fulfilment centre. Please remember it can take some time for your order to arrive back into our fulfilment centre and for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. We are only able to offer refunds for the cost of goods sold, not shipping. All costs related to shipping the product to you, and receiving it back for processing will need to be covered by you the customer. This amount will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How to:
To start a return, head over to our customer portal (ROAM Customer Portal), enter your order number & post code and once you are logged in you will find the return button located in the upper right corner.
Damages and other issues:
We have a 30-day return policy for items that were received damaged or defective. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to notify us that you will be requesting a return.Please inspect your order upon receipt and do not consume if any of the packaging or products seem to be damaged or defective. Please proceed to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a speedy resolution.
